You can include the name of the company to add some clarity but its not necessary. 2. Add the totals for the certificates selected. If you are from Virginia, add 5.0 percent sales tax. 3. If your order totals 30.00 or more I will pay the postage. If your order is for 29.99 or less, please add 4.00 for postage and handling. 4. If you are unhappy with what you receive, return the unacceptable merchandise within fourteen days and your money will be refunded.

10. Payment must be in U. S. dollars with a check on a U. S. bank. Your bank, post office or Western Union can arrange for this. 11. Mailing charges are additional. Add 12.00 per 100 certificates for airmail or 4.00 per 100 certificates for surface mail. (Surface mail can take 6 to 10 weeks.) 12. Airmail charges for each book are: Americas -- 6.00, Europe --12.00, other -- 18.00. 14. Full value is declared for customs on all orders.
